I'm Leendert — a solo software builder in Belgium, with a product-manager's instinct for what to build before a builder's instinct for how. Most of the value gets created before the first line of code: cutting a vague idea down to the smallest version that actually solves the problem, then sequencing what comes next.
I like problems small enough to ship fast and sharp enough to matter. One person, strategy through delivery, so nothing gets lost in a handover or diluted by a committee.
Off the keyboard I ski and run, and I lose good weekends to Guild Wars and Warhammer. That's not a marketing line — it's why I like building tools for people who care about a craft, a crew, or a world of their own.
